TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WORKSHOP BOOKINGS

  • To secure your place on a workshop you need to pay a booking fee in advance (50% of the total fee).

  • When you are notified that your booking fee has been paid your place becomes confirmed.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or when you arrive for the workshop.

  • The booking fee is refundable minus a 10% admin cost if you cancel up to 60 days before the start date.

  • The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel less than 60 days before the start date unless someone else takes your place. In case of the latter, the booking fee becomes refundable minus a 10% admin cost.

  • In the event that the workshop is cancelled by us, you will be refunded what you have paid minus a 10% admin cost.

  • Any cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • It is a term of the agreement between us that you are solely responsible for and will obtain appropriate medical and travel insurance to cover any loss, expense and damage arising from the possible cancellation of the workshop, personal accident and injury, medical and repatriation costs, loss of baggage, personal money and belongings, flight cancellations and delays. We cannot be held responsible for any medical, travel or other insurance matters. 

  • By making a booking you accept all of the above terms and conditions.

  • directly by you calling to enquire or to make a booking
